Hearty Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Stacked with sautéed chicken bosoms and fresh bacon, this generous spaghetti recipe will if it’s not too much trouble, even the pickiest eaters. Go ahead and use either spaghetti or heavenly messenger hair (as in the video).

spaghetti or holy messenger hair

1 tbsp.
extra-virgin olive oil

boneless, skinless chicken bosoms (around 1 1/4 pounds)

Fit salt

Newly ground dark pepper

cuts bacon

cloves garlic

2 c.
diced tomatoes (new or canned)

3 c.
child spinach

1/2 c.
weighty cream

1/3 c.
newly ground Parmesan

Newly torn basil, for decorateIn an enormous pot of salted bubbling water, cook pasta as per bundle headings until still somewhat firm. Channel, saving 1 cup pasta water.
In the mean time, in a huge skillet over medium-high intensity, heat oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until brilliant and as of now not pink inside, around 8 minutes for each side. Let rest 10 minutes, then, at that point, meagerly cut.
In the mean time, in same skillet, cook bacon over medium intensity until firm, 8 minutes. Channel on a paper towel-lined plate, then cleave. Pour off portion of fat from skillet.

Add cooked pasta and throw until completely covered, then add chicken and bacon and throw until consolidated. (For a looser sauce, mix in more held pasta water.)
Decorate with basil prior to serving.
