Baked Pineapple Salmon

Giving the salmon a fast sear toward the finish of cooking allows the marinade an opportunity to caramelize — it’s excessively great. Simply make a point to watch out for it, so you don’t overcook the salmon! A few minutes is all you really want under a hot grill.
