Baked Feta Pasta

This is the anecdote about another viral TikTok pattern that I somewhat arranged needed to hate…but didn’t.

It isn’t so much that I didn’t think the thought sounded heavenly. It’s that the entire situation appeared to be excessively straightforward. Clearly broiling a block of feta with blasting tomatoes will be astounding. Be that as it may, is it adequate to break the web?

My response, hesitantly, is yes. It’s virtuoso. However, might I venture to say, noticeably flawed? The following are my considerations.

You don’t have to change the stove temperature. The OG recipe calls for baking the feta with the tomatoes at 400° for 30 minutes then, at that point, kicking up throughout the previous 10 minutes. Following 30 minutes in the stove, I found my feta well while heading to a beautiful shade of brilliant on top. To try not to consume augmentations like garlic and spices (see my next note), I believe it’s ideal to keep the temperature consistent.
You can play add something other than tomatoes and feta. Quartered shallots will get decent and jammy, and crushed garlic will inject the olive oil. Like zest? Toss in a lot of squashed red pepper drops. Got thyme? Several branches for a hearty touch.
Adding pasta water makes a difference. A scoop of pasta water will assist with extending your sauce to cover your pasta all the more easily and liberally.
Have you made this recipe? Tell us your thought process in the remarks underneath.

Supervisor’s Note: We expanded how much tomatoes in this recipe on February 9, 2021. One 16 ounces is all you really want, yet two is suggested for a more full, more tasty sauce.
